Dott Bonds Admitted to Trading On The Corporate Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm
Amsterdam, 1 October 2026
On 27 October 2025, Tier Mobility SE (“Dott”) issued senior secured callable floating rate bonds in an amount of EUR 70,000,000 under its maximum EUR 150,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds 2025/2029 (ISIN: NO0013516369) (the “Bonds”). Under the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Dott is required to have the Bonds admitted to trading on the Corporate Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months of the first issue date.
Today, Dott published a prospectus, which has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. In connection therewith, Dott applied for and received Nasdaq’s approval to admit the Bonds to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Corporate Bond List. The first day of trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Corporate Bond List will be 2 October 2026.
